Ancoats Refund and Cancelations Policies:

  • If you cancel your appointments with at least 24 hour’s notice you will receive a full refund or credit towards a future visit.
  • Missed appointments or late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the session fee. NO refunds will be issued for missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance. 
  • Unused prepaid package sessions are refundable within 30 days of purchase, minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • Once a package session has been used, they are not refundable or exchangeable.
