I came to Ancoats Chiropractic after suffering with long term backache, struggling with hunched shoulders and generally being in pain most of the time. I work in hospitality and practical tasks were painful, and my enjoyment for sports was suffering at the hands of the continuous aches and pains. I had the pleasure of meeting Abbie who immediately put me at ease during our consultation. They are extremely personable and talked me through the consultation showing such diligence and genuineness in terms of helping me. Asking pertinent questions but making the experience and environment feel so at ease. I am now over a month in and I can't speak highly enough of the treatment I've received. Abbie has paid close attention to my interests and through adjustments, there has been a considerable improvement with my posture. Training for a half marathon, Abbie has been super helpful with exercises and adjustments which have been so, so beneficial in terms of my training plan. I would definitely recommend ancoats chiropractic and Abbie in particular. The team generally are so welcoming and lovely - the receptionist, Iris, goes out of her way to remember previous conversations and is always a smiley face  before and after appointments. 10/10!

I am so grateful to Dr Josh for giving me movement back in my neck not moved it like this for years thank you very much and I would recommend this practice to anyone. It’s been nearly three months since I started my journey with Ancoats Chiropractic, and I can honestly say it has changed my life in so many positive ways. From my very first appointment, I felt genuinely cared for and understood. I struggled to explain everything I was going through, but Dr Josh somehow knew exactly what was wrong and his assessment was incredibly accurate. That moment alone gave me so much comfort and trust. Aaron is a wizard! Having such bad posture and back pain for years, after some sessions I’ve been pain free, with great mobility back. Recommend if your job involves standing or sitting for a long time, now can sew comfortably and Aaron has given me so many tips to help get rid of that pesky back pain from slouching like a prawn!!!!

I came to see Dr Josh for an assessment after I hurt my back training for the Manchester Marathon and at the time it was looking very unlikely that I was going to be able to run it. The assessment was super interesting and revealed some issues with my posture and how that was impacting me. After attending weekly adjustment sessions to get back on track, I managed to complete my training and the race which I didn't think was going to be possible! I had a lot of tension and stress around my shoulders and neck. Jack helped me ease it up and relax in just a 30 minutes session. Definitely recommend for anyone struggling with pain to relax. Gonna book in again very soon
