First visit
What happens at your first appointment
- Consultation — we go through your symptoms, health history and goals.
- Assessment — a physical, orthopaedic and, where relevant, neurological examination.
- Explanation — we tell you what we think is going on and whether chiropractic care is suitable. If you need a GP, a scan or a different type of care first, we say so.
- Plan — if you want to go ahead, we agree a plan of hands-on treatment, exercise and advice, with clear costs.
